Epic Battles in Big Ten Hoops
It’s a civil war in Big Ten country right now. It has been years since the conference has been this knock-around, throw down competitive!
Most recently, Number 1 Indiana suffered a stunning upset at the hands of Illinois. Number 3 Michigan tried to hold on against the Wisconsin Badgers but fell in overtime.
The Wolverines did manage some revenge by beating Ohio State (#10) this week after losing to them earlier in the season.
Michigan State continues to wage its campaign for the B1G title with three straight wins over Illinois, Minnesota, and Purdue respectively.
February 12th gets even more interesting with the Spartans set up to battle bitter in-state rivals Michigan in East Lansing.
So far the good are getting better, and the best are besting each other.
I can’t remember when February basketball has been this good. I for one cannot wait for March!
